Promote a Learner to an Administrator

How do I Promote a Learner to an Administrator?

If you are administrator in learnPro, you can promote another learner to have the same rights that you do.

To promote the learner, simply search for that user and click the [Change Level] link in the search results. and click 'Next'

Select the appropriate access level (e.g. Division/Trust Administrator for NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde). A list of content groups will come up - ensure that at least one of these is checked or the new administrator will not be able to report on anything. Then click on the Save button to save to save the changes.

If the learner is logged in to the system, they will need to logout and back in again before the new access level will take effect.

If you do not have access rights and would like them, please contact your local Learning and development department or transfusion practitioner.
