How do I view my assessment results? - I cannot see them
You can view all your completed assessment results by clicking on Assessment Results beside the module you wish to view. Both your passed and failed assessments will be displayed.

Results

I can't see my previous results?
If you are a learner who has previously completed a course in learnPro NHS or ORAS and you can no-longer see your scores then your accreditation may have lapsed.

The accreditations in learnPro NHS are valid for 1 year from the date the assessment was passed. During that period the accreditation is considered valid.  At the end of the validity period, this accreditation expires and the results are archived.  If you need a copy of the information in the certificate as evidence, you will need to print off the certificate during the 1 year validity period before the accreditation lapses.

Archived results are not currently displayed in your user profile.  Unfortunately it is not possible to print off a certificate for accreditations which have lapsed.  In this case, learners should re-validate their accreditation by re-completing the appropriate course.

Learners that are required to complete courses within a different timeframe - e.g. every 2 years - will need to ensure they collect any evidence they may need from the system within the 1 year validity period this version of the software currently enforces.  A future version of the software will allow the system to display results in line with your local policy.

I Can't Update My Results?
If you are a user trying to update an accreditation in learnPro that was completed in either learnPro NHS or ORAS, less that a year since you last pass was accepted and notice that the newer result is not being stored on your user profile, then this is because you are attempting to re-validate your accreditation too early.

You need  to wait a full year after you complete your learning before you can re-validate your accreditations.  This feature is intended to prevent a learner simply repeating the assessments over and over until they get the result that they want as this would de-value the accreditation as a whole.

Once a year has passed since passing your accreditation, your results will be archived and removed from your profile and certificate. At that point, you will be able to re-validate your accreditation.
