I have completed the required modules, but my results are not showing up in DOTS?
The learnPro NHS / DOTS synchronisation is a process that runs each day. During this process, the results of learning on Module 1 Safe Transfusion Practice are transferred to the DOTS system. There are 4 common issues that learners experience:


Results Not Yet Synchronised.
Please allow 1 working day for the synchronisation process to complete. Once the synchronisation is complete, the results will appear in DOTS.

Wrong GMC Number Entered.
Please ensure that the GMC Number Entered is accurate. You can check this in the edit my details page in learnPro NHS. You should also ensure that the GMC Number is entered correctly in DOTS, as it needs to match in both systems for the results to synchronise.

Registered in the wrong Role / Role Family
If you are registered in the wrong Job Role Family, you will not have been prompted to enter your GMC Number.   Please ensure your job role is in the Medical Staff Group as this is the only group that is synchronised to DOTS(The Student group is NOT synchronised). You can check this in the edit my details page in learnPro NHS.

Completed the Wrong Module
Please ensure that you have completed the module:

Module 1 Safe Transfusion Practice

It is the ONLY module that is synchronised to DOTS.  When The Module Is completed, it will appear with a Green Circle next to it in the My Learning Section in learnPro.

Please note that the similarly titled Module 1 Safe Transfusion Practice (Lab) is a completely different module, the results of which aren't synchronised to DOTS.
