How to send a Screenshot

A screenshot is an image of your computer screen, which will help us identify any problems you may be experiencing.

Please follow the instructions below to take a screenshot:

1. Ensure you have the full window open on your computer screen
2. Press the PrtScn key on your keyboard (see image below)
3. Paste the screenshot in a new email by pressing Ctrl and V keys together on the keyboard 
4. Detail the error you are receiving
5. Send the email to nhs@learnpro.co.uk



Note: The Prt Scn key may be located in a different area of your keyboard.
