Receiving an alert from NHS Lothian, but I am a member of another Board / Trust

Some site administrators may receive email alerts that refer to NHS Lothian despite them being in a different Board / Trust themselves that is similar to the message fragment displayed below:

Dear learnPro Administrator,

The following courses for A learnPro Learner have changed status on learnPro NHS:

Some modules from Lothian: Fire Safety have elapsed.

Learners are required to re-validate their learning and assessments in order to maintain a valid record of their training.

You can view the learner's progress by logging in to learnPro NHS at
http://nhs.learnprouk.com.

This is not a bug or security issue, but is simply indicates that their board / trust benefited from the generosity of another board with regard to sharing of learning materials. In the example above, a member of another board has been able to use the Fire Safety learning materials developed by NHS Lothian and that that learning has now lapsed. The individual concerned should then re-complete their learning using either a newly developed local version (if available) or the same version as last time.

The administrator in this case receives a copy of the alert message because the learner is inside their administrative area, and also that the administrator has opted in to receiving copies of course validity alerts for their learners. (This setting can be changed by the administrator on their edit details page if required)
