learnPro NHS Software Requirements

The learnPro NHS system has the following software requirements:

Browsers

The system currently supports Internet Explorer versions 6 (SP2 or later), 7, 8, 9 and Firefox 2, 3, 4.  There is no reason why the system should not work in other browsers that support JavaScript and Ajax.

Installed Components

The system requires that acrobat reader is installed along with flash player.  Individual Trust/Board may have additional requirements for the content that they develop.

ECDL Content Requirements

All lessons in the ECDL need to be run using a minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768. If the screen mode is lower than this, a portion of the screen may not be visible, including the button that takes you onto the next page.

The content opens in a new window, which may be interfered with by popup blockers. If the content doesn't appear to open, it may be that a popup blocker is preventing the window opening. In this case you need to check the settings on your computer.
